Many of us identify as being passive, we have trouble saying no even when we know we should. On the other side, many of us react aggressively, sometimes after becoming increasingly frustrated. All of us certainly communicate with individuals who are aggressive and passive as well. This session will focus on the characteristic of Passive and aggressive behaviors and further identify how to transition to assertive, where we can understand how to communicate appropriately while maintaining composure.
