If you're seeking actionable steps to move your life forward, this 2-session workshop will guide you towards clarity and teach you goal-setting strategies. Led by Nina M. Luppino, MPH, a Certified High Performance Coach™ and Principal of Azira Coaching, LLC, the workshop will be interactive with hands-on exercises to help you become clear on where you are and where you want to go in your professional and/or personal life. You will learn techniques such as time management, goal-setting and other relevant tactics to support your personal development.
