As more women reinvent themselves based on pandemic outlooks and their own personal story, ageism in the job search process has become more pervasive. What can we do to present ourselves in the most positive way? How can we portray a successful blend of "old world experience" and an "in the moment skill set" in an authentic and professional manner? This workshop will discuss the dreaded 17-page resume, the inconsistent LinkedIn profile, and some of the concerns anyone over 55 is facing today.
