As we all know, successfully combining work and non-work (such as family) responsibilities remains one of the biggest challenges faced by women in today's fast-paced world. Our ability to juggle these balls is critical: It affects our everyday functioning and well-being, but it also influences our loved ones. In this workshop, we will dive deeper into potential ways in which different areas of our life influence one another. We will discuss separating or integrating work and family roles, and how to achieve the desired level of balance. Further, we will discuss the different thoughts and emotions associated with managing different life responsibilities, potential coping strategies, and how we can focus on positive connections between different roles. Importantly, each participant will explore her own challenges and preferences and work toward a plan for work-non work integration This is a virtual ZOOM workshop, details and a link will be shared prior to the event.
